In short. You can cancel NetWorth+ Pro at any time. If you change your mind, tell us within 24 hours of payment and we will refund it in full. After 24 hours a payment is non-refundable, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Anything bought through Google Play or the App Store follows that store’s own refund process, not this page.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers NetWorth+ Pro bought directly from NWP Technologies Private Limited. The free tier costs nothing, requires no card, and has nothing to cancel or refund.
2. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end your current period. You keep every Pro feature until the period you have already paid for runs out, and your records stay yours either way — nothing is deleted when Pro ends, and export and backup continue to work on the free tier.
3. Refunds
Within 24 hours of payment: write to us and we will refund that payment in full, no reason needed.
After 24 hours: the payment is non-refundable, and you keep Pro until the end of the period it paid for. Renewals follow the same rule — the 24 hours runs from each payment, so a renewal you did not intend can be refunded if you tell us the day it is taken.
Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
4. Bought through Google Play or the App Store
If you bought Pro inside the app, the payment was taken by Google or Apple and we cannot refund it ourselves. Those purchases follow the store’s own refund process, and the store decides. Write to us anyway if you are stuck and we will help where we can.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@networthplus.in from the address on your account, so we can identify you without asking for anything sensitive. Tell us roughly when you paid. Refunds go back to the method you paid with; how quickly it appears is up to your bank or UPI provider, and is usually a few working days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this page. A change applies to payments made after it is published, never retrospectively to one already taken.
